Ford of Boerne is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting both retail customers and service technicians in obtaining the correct parts for their automotive needs. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries at the front and back counter
Locate and provide correct parts for Ford vehicles using parts catalogs and inventory systems
Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory and notifying the manager of low-stock items
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
Keep work area clean and organized
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and dealership policies
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an automotive parts counterperson preferred (Ford experience is a plus)
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
Proficiency with parts lookup software (e.g., DealerTrack, Ford EPC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
