Assist retail customers and service technicians at both front and back parts counters
Identify, locate, and provide accurate parts using Ford catalogs and inventory systems
Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Monitor stock levels and alert management about low or special-order items
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in an automotive parts department (Ford experience is a strong plus)
Familiarity with parts lookup tools like DealerTrack and Ford EPC
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
