Finance Manager – Ford of Pleasanton

Ford of Pleasanton is seeking an experienced, driven Finance Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in the customer experience by providing professional, transparent financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining strict compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Present financing options, vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products in a professional and transparent manner.
• Submit deals to lenders, secure competitive approvals, and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Maximize F&I gross profit while maintaining a customer-first sales process.
• Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and required documentation are completed accurately before funding.
• Maintain 2.5+ product penetration and $2,500+ PVR performance.
• Monitor contracts in transit and promptly resolve funding issues.
• Protect customer information and adhere to dealership policies regarding privacy, cybersecurity, Red Flags, OFAC, Safeguards, and identity verification.
• Maintain compliance with applicable requirements including TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA, FTC Safeguards Rule, Red Flags Rule, and state motor vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to produce strong F&I results while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and dealership financial processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required by dealership operations.
