What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build relationships that create lifelong customers.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM.
• Work closely with management to achieve personal and dealership sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay knowledgeable on Ford products, financing options, and current incentives.
• Prospect for future business and maintain an active customer pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
• Automotive sales experience is welcomed but not necessary.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
