Whether customers visit for an oil change, tires, brakes, batteries, or scheduled maintenance, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Help achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

✅ Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
