At Ford of Boerne, our sales porter plays a HUGE part in delivering that first impression when customers arrive. Clean lot, lined-up inventory, vehicles ready for test drivesā¦ thatās you. And weāll make sure youāre supported by a team that respects hard work, moves fast, and treats people right.
As a Sales Porter, youāll be the āget it doneā support behind the Sales Department:
Keep the new & used vehicle lot clean, organized, and presentation-ready
Fuel vehicles, check basic fluid levels, and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
Help maintain showroom and exterior cleanliness (first impressions matter!)
Wash/clean vehicles as needed (especially delivery and display vehicles)
Assist sales team with miscellaneous tasks to keep deals flowing smoothly
Work closely with management to support inventory flow
Weāre looking for someone dependable, positive, and motivated ā not afraid to hustle.
Valid driverās license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus (but not required)
Great attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
