Desire to continuously improve and be the best at what you do
Dealership experience and/or Ford certifications strongly preferred (but not required)
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
Commitment to building a long-lasting career in automotive service
Ability to perform advanced diagnostics with modern scan tools
Consistency, reliability, and punctuality in achieving targeted goals
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (including background check and drug-free work environment)
