Quick Lane of Rosenberg / Ford of Rosenberg is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing service team!
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our Quick Lane for routine maintenance and light automotive repairs.
Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.
Assist customers with oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, batteries, tires, and other maintenance needs.
Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders.
Review vehicle inspection results and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
Provide accurate service estimates, explain pricing, and obtain customer authorization.
Maintain communication with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
Keep customers informed of vehicle status, recommendations, and expected completion times.
Review completed services and invoices with customers.
Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and consistent follow-up.
Help achieve departmental goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiency.
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Automotive maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy service environment.
Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, management, and fellow advisors.
Valid driver's license.
