🚗 What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and create an outstanding service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Review completed repairs and explain services performed in a clear, professional manner.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
• Help achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Follow Ford and dealership processes while maintaining compliance with all policies.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Ford experience is a plus).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using dealership management systems and technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
