Job Title: Service BDC Representative (Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator)
Location: Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC – Fredericksburg, TX
Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service BDC Representative to join our growing Fixed Operations team. This role plays a critical part in delivering an outstanding guest experience by managing inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring consistent follow-up communication with our customers.

Answer inbound service calls and schedule customer service appointments
Perform outbound follow-up calls, reminders, and service campaigns
Confirm next-day appointments and maintain schedule accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging
Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure proper appointment flow
Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM system
Deliver a friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer experience on every interaction
Previous customer service, call center, or automotive dealership experience preferred
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
