Ford of Pleasanton will be home to a brand new, $20 million dollar state of the art facility. Our new dealership will be climate controlled, contain over 50 service bays, brand new equipment, and have automatic high speed doors to keep the temperatures just right. We are seeking 4 experienced Ford Senior Masters to become team leaders in our shop. Ford Senior Masters will assist to develop our up and coming techs through our El Toro Auto Group technician career pathway. Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex repairs
• Maintain Senior Master level training
• Collaborate with other team members to solve complicated issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Provide accurate estimating and communication with service advisors
• Display a Positive and friendly attitude
• Execute repairs to manufacturer warranty specifications 

Ford Master Qualifications

• Current Ford Master Certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screening
