Schedule: 1-6 PM M-F, Occasional Saturdays

Position Summary

Ford of Boerne is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Driver to support our Service Department. This role is responsible for safely transporting customers, delivering vehicles, and assisting with daily service operations while providing a high level of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Transportation & Support

• Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership
• Ensure a safe, timely, and professional transportation experience
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding timing and logistics

Vehicle Handling & Delivery

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, cleanliness, damage walkarounds)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles

Service Department Support

• Assist with moving vehicles on the lot and in the service drive
• Support advisors and management with daily operational needs
• Help maintain an organized and efficient service flow

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
