Responsibilities

Create a fun and exciting purchase experience for all customers 
Understand and implement the dealership sales process to ensure success
Prospect daily for business opportunities 
Develop a book of business by being a representative within the community 
Review monthly goals and plans with sales leadership
Maintain customer satisfaction and average monthly units to create profitability 
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications

Compensation- Starting at $18.50 per hour

Master Tech Apprentice – Legacy Ford of Rosenberg

As a Master Tech Apprentice, you’ll start by being responsible to learn under the guidance of a Ford Senior Master Technician or in our Quick Lane department before moving into an apprenticeship (depending on current skillset). At our dealership, the door is always open. And so are your options to learning and leading. 
Job Responsibilities: 

Perform multipoint inspections
Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors and/or master tech 
Rotate tires
Inspect fluid quality and levels 
Check tire pressure
Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
Maintain clean work environment
Replace oil and air filters
Collaborate with team members 
Seek out and maintain necessary training
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct

Qualifications

2+ years of mechanical experience 
Familiarity with various aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
