Ford of Boerne is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Service Porter to join our award-winning Service Department. As a Service Porter, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining our service drive, and supporting our technicians and service advisors.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Escort customers to the service lounge when appropriate.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive.

Vehicle Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles for service and delivery.
• Fuel vehicles and perform basic quality checks before delivery.
• Assist with vehicle transportation between departments.

Service Department Support

• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with daily operations.
• Keep the service drive and shop entrances organized.
• Deliver parts and supplies throughout the dealership.
• Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Perform miscellaneous errands and support tasks as assigned.

Facility Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive, parking areas, and customer-facing spaces.
• Empty trash, sweep, pressure wash, and help keep the dealership looking its best.
• Assist with light facility maintenance and special projects.
• Monitor the dealership grounds and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds..
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
