Quick Lane Service Advisor
Quick Lane of Boerne is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our Quick Lane guests, you will play a critical role in delivering fast, friendly, and professional service while helping customers maintain their vehicles efficiently. 🚗🔧
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and coordinating service operations.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival to the Quick Lane
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Recommend routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, and inspections
Communicate repair timelines and service recommendations clearly
Write repair orders and coordinate work with Quick Lane technicians
Monitor service progress and provide updates to customers
Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Ford of Boerne’s commitment to excellence ⭐
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license
