Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Agent to join our team at Ford of Boerne. The Sales BDC Agent is the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays a vital role in creating a positive dealership experience. This role is responsible for handling internet leads, inbound calls, and outbound follow-up communications to set sales appointments and drive showroom traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries through CRM, email, text, and other communication channels.

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff to dealership staff.

  • Proactively follow up with prospects who have inquired about vehicles, financing, or dealership promotions.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system, logging all customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Provide product information, dealership offerings, and event details to customers in a knowledgeable, friendly manner.

  • Support the sales team by confirming appointments, sending reminders, and re-engaging missed opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals and appointment-setting targets!

  • Deliver excellent customer service that aligns with El Toro Auto Group’s “family-oriented, integrity-driven” values.

Qualifications

  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and online inquiries.

  • Professional, positive, and energetic demeanor.

  • Ability to learn dealership CRM tools and maintain accurate data entry.

  • Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction and dealership success.
