Title Clerk

El Toro Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced title clerk. This position requires our staff member to process titles and registrations in an efficient and timely manner while delvering excellent customer service. 

Job Responsibilities

• Verify data and submit new and used vehicle registrations on line using Web Dealer.
• Processes preowned vehicle transfter notifications on all trade ins
• Follow-up on all incoming trade titles to ensure a timely receipt 
• Reconcile the TT&L schedule and issue customer refunds weekly
• Assist the finance department with quotes and processing of all out of state registrations
• Processes the registration of all courtesy deliveries
• Ensures all finance lienholders are recorded correctly and in a timely manner

Job Requirements 

High School Diploma and three years of previous title clerk experience. References will be required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid Texas Driver's license and notary bond
