Are you a versatile, tech-savvy sales pro comfortable in a high-volume, Internet-driven sales environment? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven internet-focused sales professionals to help develop, implement and administer our e-commerce platform while responding to sales leads and information requests generated through the dealership’s website. 
Responsibilities and Requirements

Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt
Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability
Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Receive credit applications (manually and online)
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies. Top performers in this position have an earning potential of $120,000 or more.

Collision Center Technician – Legacy Ford of Rosenberg 
We know that good body techs do more than repairs, they make our customer’s vehicles—and our shop—look good! If you are experienced, hard-working and known for your skill and attention to detail, then our busy collision center may be the perfect fit for you. You will need to have at least six months of experience in frame, metal and interior repairs on collision-damaged vehicles to qualify for this amazing opportunity with excellent earning potential.
Job Responsibilities

Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems
Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles and uni-body structural damage
Repair and replace body panels
Replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair
Remove and reinstall interiors
Attend weekly department meetings
Maintain clean work area
Education and/or Experience
8 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)
Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
Compensation

Service Advisor – Legacy Ford of Rosenberg
We need a Service Advisor who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service techs. Job Responsibilities

Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
2+ years dealership experience minimum.

Service Technician - Legacy Ford of Rosenberg
Skilled technicians are in high demand. So to keep a good service tech, you have to treat them right. Here, you’ll work alongside some of the best in the business. You’ll also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs. Only those who value integrity and ethics need apply. 
Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose vehicles
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor time estimates to service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
